-------------------------------------
Do you always feel like proving yourself is never enough?
You probably struggle with self-compassion.
But why?
You likely have a distorted understanding of love.
Especially if you received conditional love from your parents as a child.
A harsh inner-critic quickly emerged, constantly putting you down.
But how do you break free from grip of the inner-critic?
We have to understand what went wrong in the beginning…
You didn’t receive unconditional love.
Unconditional love is the most important thing to receive for a child to develop a health self-image.
Because, when you do receive it, it allows you to learn how to accept yourself for who you are.
This provides a safe space to express emotions, make mistakes, and learn from them without internalising the message that your worth is conditional.
But, when a child's worth is tied to achievements, specific behaviours, or fulfilling unreasonable expectations, they learn that love must be earned, not given freely.
Sadly, this distortion echoes into adulthood, leaving you to grapple with self-doubt and perfectionism - the antithesis of self-compassion.

```
Your inner-child probably resonates with this deeply…
The good news is that this cycle of conditional love can be broken.
You can rewrite the narrative of your childhood experiences by challenging the inner critic it produced:
Recognise that the voice of negativity within is a conditioned response, not your true Self.
Challenge its pronouncements with evidence of your strengths and accomplishments.
The more you become conscious of the unconscious biases that trauma has burdened you with, the more you free yourself from the grasp of the pervasive inner critic and are able to build true confidence and self-esteem.
This is the true freedom from fear that self-awareness can bring you.
    Sorry man, but all love is conditional, based on value, and reinforced through biological function. We simply have a habit as people to turn the realities of life into magical narratives to make our lives seem more profound and meaningful. Of course as with most important things it's ill-defined. There's a difference between parental love for a child and romantic love. Just as with 'Morality". Is a cultural values, basic standards, the way to educate people on principles, ect. Poorly defined on purpose. Vague. Words, cognitive multi-tools. In reality people are savages who will use these complex tools to without understanding to achieve and enforce their Will to Power. They'll then set themselves on fire with these complex instruments and cry about how unfair the world is. Will never move forward as a species until we're able to face the reality of it all instead of lazily creating childish stories for selfish reasons. Yet on the same line what does one do without the stories? When one is stript down to bare frame. Does one just ignore reality and jump in the snot and urine tainted plastic ball pit with the sticky fingered children? Even then the truth is still lurking in shadow. What to do indeed my friend.
    Love is the one thing that truly displays the power of cognitive narrative and the power of dialect. Perfectly displays humanity's lack of understanding for themselves and their habit of making things magical to make themselves feel good about themselves. Love actuality is quite selfish. It's all about value. As long as a person is releasing dopamine, serotonin, and whatever other feel-good chemicals floating around in the brain they are "loved". As soon as that person stops being of value to the other person the love ends. Almost like using others as a drug. As soon as that other person stops pleasing you the love ends. Sounds quite negative but it really isn't. It can even lead to a deeper relationship having the understanding that it is a biological function and ultimately based on value. Never ceases to amaze me how we create and manipulate words and narrative to cope with the world around us. Words, narrative, magic🖐️
    Hi thoughts on thinking, I know this is off topic but, there's a channel called Thomas Leroy. He's a practitioner of the left-hand path and he has a theory on Leviathan being the face/mask of this new Aeon that we're living through. And believe me, it makes more sense than this aeon being the aeon of Horus or the antichrist.
    I didn’t like how heavily coded the end of your point was. Pick-up trucks are practical vehicles for workers in my part of the country (Florida). What is your implication? Firearms are practical means of defense against not just a tyrannical state, but also reactionary militias, and also are, Unfortunately, sometimes necessary for community defense in poorer or otherwise vulnerable population areas which suffer from high police response times (if you even want them to come in the first place). We train with using them at ranges so that in the awful chance that we have to use them, we are skilled, safe, and effective. What is your implication? What do any of these cultural codes have to do with America’s bizarre relationship to a highly distorted Christianity? It sounds like ideology to me, I recommend reading some Marx and Althusser. Or even Žižek. Good clip otherwise.
    The denigration of freedom was the main reason why the administrative order of Rome adopted the Stoic theory. It gave the main nourishment to the concept of duty, to trust and submission to Fate, to reconciliation of man with misfortunes and to the renunciation of any claim to a better fortune. In this sense, Stoicism is elevated to the philosophy of submission, and from a political point of view Stoicism is the main recipe for making subjects. It provides the main philosophical underpinning to Christianity and to all the ideologies generated by the Enlightenment in the West. The aim is to shape reality, embellished or not, but in such a way that it leaves no room for escape. It is necessary to set a purpose in life, the best purpose, a collective purpose which we are called upon to serve, those of us who blindly believe in it, until we prevail. Thus Marxism posits the victory of the proletariat, capitalism posits monetary gain and the flourishing of capital, the administrative model of representation posits serving the party line for the good of the party, and so on. The historical events of the period we call "late antiquity" are in our case revealing. Stoicism did not move the Macedonian kings because they were unyielding realists while it conquered the Romans (Festusier) The Romans, unlike the Greeks, who had philosophy above all else, had understood their ecumenical mission, so the most important thing for them was administration (Farrington). During the pax romana period, the Roman ruling elite charted the limits of expansion, stopped looting after the Romans had become champions of slaughter and rampaging, and planned the exercise of administration in the conquered. What is administration? The way to collect taxes, which now seems to me more efficient than war. But how am I to rule so many people in peace? With the democracy of the Greeks? But even my own res publica is rejected. I need a strong administration. And there is an empire. I also need a proper philosophy and a religion of submission. For philosophy they chose Stoicism for all the reasons we have mentioned. Religion was offered to them a few centuries later. Therefore Theodorides may say that in those years Hellenism was defeated by the East, but this was done by Roman initiative for the needs of the plutocracy of the time. Stoicism is a pessimistic philosophy, since it calls on man to accept defeat: the fact that life itself surpasses him. It calls upon him at the same time to make this sad disadvantage an advantage if he recognizes that this is the way life is and to reconcile himself to its truth. In this way he will contribute both to his personal happiness and to the balanced course of the world. But as Lucius Torquatus in defence of Epicurus replies to Cicero: "...what value can a philosophy have which thinks that everything happens because it is so written by fate? That is what old women believe, and uneducated old women at that!"
    There must be something different to historical shadow, because Australia and other countries made after colonialism don't have this shadow. Beside, by this logic many Western European countries would have even more guilt, but rather they resent America more even when they started colonialism. Almost all natives died by illnesses, as they were not used to European illnesses, which would happen even if colonialism never happened. Colonialism of the Americas was therefore opportunistic, taking over land desolated by illness and superior technology. This shame seems rather to be internal and always contemporary, rather than historical. America hates itself because it has the luxury to do it, not because it "deserves" it. They are happy blaming themselves because that gives a sense of power, like "look we did this evil, that means we are powerful and we can fix it" even when that is not precisely true. If you observe carefully, the progressive people who complain the most about colonialism and inequality are also some of the most privileged people ever. Children of doctors, professionals, etc. They rather need an abstract black sheep to distract people and justify their own privilege. "Look, this is worse! Blame them not me!" Almost all this anti-American narrative is just a social structure to keep the the richest part of the Middle Class stagnant, and yet this narrative comes from privileged rich people. It is not different from priests shaming sinners or Chinese communists shaming farmers as "privileged" and starving their own population in the process. America has always been contradictory: A secular government but a religious society, pro-freedom here but pro-colonialism elsewhere, etc. The Shadow of America has always been contemporary to its identity, not a response to history. Both parties are also shadow of each other. This create a very high-contrast society of all kind of contradictions and paradoxes. This, however, is what makes America so exceptional... the best and the worst, put together.
The conscience is that which condemns or affirms one’s own view of oneself, while one’s shadow is the arena of one’s personality that has not yet been integrated into the Self. If one’s conscience is evil then it is likely that one will mistake it for his shadow, whereas a conscience that is clear and that has been redeemed from the evil of slave morality is now capable of affirming the parts of the persona that as of yet need integration into the whole of the personality.
    Abraxas is the only one that can traverse the boundaries between the universe of matter and the universe of anti matter. He sits at the center, binding all things together. The reason why we are at an imbalance now, is that he is no longer at the center. The world have shifted to one of the two children of Abraxas, Christ and Yahweh, or Lucifer and Satan. Adam and Eve is Abraxas, his two aspects divided in dualism. We are the children of Abraxas, and thus inhabit both aspects of good and evil. We need to awaken to this reality and find balance between the two aspects. This takes place by awakening out of slumber. Jesus is the First Adam and the Last Adam, when the two aspects are united as one, true balance is achieved, and we can safely traverse the cosmos. Earth is a body of anti matter in a universe of matter. In the anti matter universe, earth is made of matter. This is why the devil and satan cannot destroy earth, for it would destroy him and they do not want to be destroyed. Matter appears as anti matter and behaves identical when they are in the reversed space (Positive space vs negative space).
    This video is absolute non-sense and uninformed. Every nation on this earth was formed from war, slavery, and violence. However, to the extent that America experienced these forces it was far less violent and far more forward thinking than most. The indigenous population in North America was also a very small, disparate and divided one (perhaps 10 million or less in NA). The Ameridians ("Native Americans") were engaged in perpetual clan war and enslaved each other; it is also not clear when they arrived or if they were the first in NA. There was virtually no economic or political development before Europeans arrived. Instead a culture completely bereft of private property, robust social organization, never mind medicine, science or technology. English Speaking Europeans changed all that and created a civilization in what was largely a wasteland. America's identity and history is not fragmented, nor is it hampered by colonial guilt because we were never colonialists (at least until 20th century). (If you do any casual reading on American history you will see that opposition to imperialism from Teddy Roosevelt to the NEOCONS expressed this culture.) In truth, as is the case across Europe today, this guy is parroting revisionism from parasitic schools (like the Frankfurt school) who have pushed this garbage for years and destroyed the West in the process through mass immigration, political correctness, wokism, and Communism. However, there efforts are stimulating the opposite of their denationalization agenda, namely a nationalist revival that is sprouting everywhere and for good reason (this is MAGA). The English-Speaking identity of America, which founded and built everything that is American: private property, IVY League schools, the Protestant work ethic (work as a calling not as vocation), individualism, constitutionalism, meritocracy, rule of law, Venture Capital on and on and on. That culture and the demographic who created it (WASPs) has been under direct assault. America's history was not one of division but of common and robust identity (One language, one religion, one culture). Jon Jay identified this in the Federalist Papers, so did De Tocqueville when he came from France, and so did Max Weber when he came in the 1900s (Read Churches and Sects in America). International Studies Quarterly (ISR) said that the height of America's national identity and self-confidence came in the 1950s on the heels of WWII and a closed national border from 1921 - 1965 (Read Who Are We? by Samuel Huntington). Further, De Tocqueville said America was a nation founded on the combination of 2 ideas: Liberty (Democracy / Republicanism) and Religion (Protestantism). Samuel Adams described America as a "Christian Sparta." Thomas Paine (Common Sense) described monarchy as the Popery of government because he was rallying Americans by identifying King George III with the pope (because Amerians were overwhemingly Protestant) Even now, America is a nation where the vast majority of its population is Christian, the majority of whom are Protestants. Finally, while many of the founders were Deists like Jefferson, all agreed that America was a Christian nation, and that that identity was essential to its self-governance. (Read Jefferson's notes) The collective unconscious of Americans is coming to grips with an existential threat to its identity, namely what this man attacks. The repression he speaks of is rooted in a manufactured "white guilt," a systematic and institutionalized program deliberately imposed to distort the national identity of America and other Europeans nations. Such denationalization programs are not new and have been implemented in many other countries before the US with equally devastating consequences. Do not take my word for any of this, do the research on your own and it becomes clear. Sadly, even in the UK, Germany, France and beyond national identity is now under threat and being suppressed so a similar resurgence is underway. Fortunately, the truth is coming out on various platforms driven largely by the mess we find ourselves in.
      Nowhere in this video am I pushing critical theory or anything from the Frankfurt school. In this video I even highlight the psychological confusion both present in left-wing and ring-wing politics. I am positing that the identity crisis innately stems from the inevitable conflict that comes from colonialism. There is an identity crisis because there is no fundamental culture they can ground themselves in, this is why america is full of diversity but that diversity also leads to confusion which is what we are seeing today. It's also why americans are fascinated by their ancestry, it brings them a sense of connection to something deeper in which they cannot find in america. I find it misleading that you completely overstep the fact that I make an emphasis in supporting the Amish and/or Mennonite communities in this video (which are fundamental american traditions) and instead claim I am puppet for the Frankfurt school and ideas such as critical theory.
Outside of academia and mainstream media it is still not taken seriously by average Americans. There is merit to the premise of your video, but not through the prism you describe.
    The idea that our history has been "unacknowledged" is something that only younger people believe, because they don't remember all off the many "racial reckonings" we have experienced. I am 45 and people have been talking about this nonstop my entire life. The real problem with with the racial gaps in America, which is why these historical issues remain eternally unresolved. If blacks and native americans were doing as well as whites and asians, nobody would even be talking about this stuff. It's brought again and again because it is a possible explanation for the gaps, not because of some unresolved collective conscious thing. The only thing unresolved is the gaps, which also happens to be the root cause of most our social issues. Please note that your country is now experiencing the same issues as you become more diverse, and your history is now also being blamed as the cause of these modern problems.
    • @ThoughtsonThinking
      I'm not really saying the racism in unacknowledged. I am saying that the genocide of an entire race of people that led to the founding of the USA IS unrecognised, its repressed, people like to keep it pushed down into the unconscious and I think this definitely leads to influencing the identity crisis for the USA, along with many other things.
    Check Max Spiers. One of the poor children who survived these wicked practices. He lived until his adult years to shed light on these dark forces running the world.
    Stay away from v. TMOTB was a v, and still is a v, and will be a v. The fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is $cience. $cience is the knowledge of good and evil. From $cience will the mark come, and it is already here. "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived." Revelation 18:23, KJV. Sorceries involve magic potions, venoms, slime, etc, it involves *chemistry*. G5331 - *pharma*keia - Strong's Greek Lexicon (kjv) Sorcery, magical arts, often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it: see Galatians 5:20 for verse. There is your answer. Pharma= Pharmacy=Pharmaceuticals=Medicine 💉 =Mark. Witch-doctor$. $c!ence is also another word use to describe witchcraft/magic. A certain person dead now since 1925, long ago, born in the 1800s, a $cience man, a devil's agent, once stated that the goal is to 3limin@te the soul with medic!sin, with the V. specifically, ( his words)so that a person cannot r!se to the Spiritual, and they want to do this as soon as one is born, and they will use m@teriali$tic docter$ to accomplish this. I can't put the name or article here, because loyal entities of the Evil One remove them immediately and continously. The word viru$, originally derived from the Greek which means poisonous secretion from snakes. In Latin the word means poisonous emanation from a plant, a poisonous fluid, a putrifying juice or a *magic potion* magic potions = sorcery = chemistry=lab=pharmakeia =medication$= 💉. God have mercy on us. Repent! Repent! Repent! The enemy is trying to prevent as much souls as possible to not make it to Heaven.
    I'm not anti-christian but the one thing I can't help but notice is that Satan is obviously an allegorical representation of individual as oppose to the group to be slandered, demonized, and to be made fearful of. Am I wrong? Wasn't the favoritism towards the new golden children over devoted servants something he should of been upset about. Are we not supposed to stand against injustice against us? Are we just supposed to accept wrongs upon us(Turn the other cheek). It's one of my biggest qualms about Christianity. ? P.S, I'm not a Satanist or Atheist. Just thought. I'm actually a creationist believe it or not. This place is no mistake. I do believe in the Will to Power, and human beings form groups for a reason. Makes me wary
      @@ThoughtsonThinking ok I mentioned you and gave your email to the head of our academy Tommy Goloboy his UA-cam channel is CTMU Singularity. The CTMU is what’s known as a super tautological theory of everything explaining reality as a self simulation. It’s infallible in its extension of logic explaining absolute truth through self duality coupling moving away from the Cartesian dualism foundation. It was invented by Chris Langan who has the highest iq in America 200+. I will put together an email for you aswell.
